Placed an order a few days ago for lighters as I don't want to go to store. Thought this is a good brand, so its web site should be good. Big mistake.
I know shipping companies are busy due to COVID-19. But I don't see any merchant sending out package slower too much. I placed the order 4 days ago. No update for shipping yet. Sent email without response. No phone number. Money is charged immediately. Don't want to wait? Cancel order? No way. Order cannot be cancelled once it is placed.
